  • Where can I find your prices?

  • What are your opening times?

We have various appointment times throughout the week but these can change. Our regular hours are 9-5 Monday-Sunday.   • How long will my nails last?

This can depend completely on the treatment you receive and your lifestyle. For example, those who take part in certain sports, use chemicals without gloves, do a lot of gardening may find that their manicures don't last as long as others. Providing you look after your nails, they should last 2 weeks plus before we recommend an infill or a fresh set. You will receive aftercare advice following treatment. 

  • I am a nail biter, can I still get my nails done?

We offer a free 15 minute consultation before any treatment begins to establish what you are looking to achieve from your nail appointment. This can be anything from occasion nails (holidays, wedding) to something more long term like extending your natural nails. We will need to establish the current condition of your nails to work out how we can move forward. We will always be honest with you and will never pressure you into having anything that we don't feel is suitable.

  • How long will my appointment last?

  • How can I book an appointment?

  • I've booked an appointment but I want to add an additional treatment. How can I do this?

Please let us know asap. We will always try to be accommodating but we may not always have the availability. We may have to book you an additional appointment for another time.

  • What gel polish do you use?

We use Glitterbels, Mygel and Halo products.

  • Do you offer acrylics?

Currently we do not. We may offer this in the future but currently we offer other nail extension treatments including polibuild, BIAB and jellie tips.

  • I've had my nails done by another technician, can you infill them?

No. There are numerous reasons why we are unable to do this. The main reason being is that we don't know what products have been used and the process that they have used. 

  • Is gel removal included in my treatment?

No. Removal is charged at an additional cost and must be booked as an additional treatment when booking your appointment. 

  • Where can I find your terms and conditions?
